This position is centered around accounts receivable cash application.


Key Responsibilities:
  • This position will assist with month-end closings and also back up the other Credit Clerk and GRA and Deduction Analyst servicing Werner Co Australia. This position is based in Werner Access Products Philippines, Inc. and reports to the Credit Supervisor or Manager for Werner Co Australia PTY Ltd. and has dotted line responsibility to the Commercial Manager.
  • 1. Apply cash to customer accounts on JDE.
  • 2. Work with deduction staff to help analyze deductions and rebilling invalid deductions.
  • 3. Reconcile customer accounts and assist in the analysis of inter-company payments transactions with affiliated entities.
  • 4. Work with Werner’s audit team to retrieve receipt/payment information as needed.
  • 5. Work with auditors as necessary.
  • 6. All other analysis and accounts receivable, GRA and deduction processing activities as assigned.
  • 7. Prepare daily reports for cash balances and update reports for all forms of electronic payments.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years business experience in accounting, preferably working with JDE or a comparable system.
  • High school- some college or a degree in a related field preferred.
