Customer Care Representative — Greenville, PA

Work closely with sales management, inside sales, outside sales and the technical team to provide excellence in customer care including problem resolution, account relationship and development and technical support. This position is based in Greenville, Pennsylvania and reports to the Team Leader Customer Care.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer calls, inquiries and requests from start to finish in a positive, efficient and professional manner
  • Provide complete problem resolution for issues received through the call center
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of product in order to improve brand loyalty and up-sell opportunities
  • Actively participate in all necessary training development programs
  • Manage time effectively to support and meet the goals of the entire team
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
  • Two to five years of business experience in business administration, sales, and project management
  • Experience with safety products and/or fall protection is a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and knowledge of multiple software and business data systems
  • Detail oriented and able to adapt in a fast pace environment
