This position in Manila will report to the Director of IT in Crystal Lake, Illinois, and work very closely with the entire Marketing team. The role of this position will be to assist with day to day reporting, updating of the Knaack/Weather Guard websites, updating and administration of Oracle CRM OnDemand, email and survey set up and launching, database management and administration, etc. This position will also cover peaks in design volume and possible backlogs on design requests if needed and once approved by the Marketing Team and Director of IT in Crystal Lake.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
  • Web Support, Google Analytics reporting, CRM and Database Administration Functions (not limited to this list)
  • Web updating such as adding dealers to the website, editing product information, uploading images to product catalogue, etc.
  • Administer feature column on website
  • Input data and maintain the General Knowledge Database
  • Maintain and update website content
  • Email/Newsletter set-up and launching
  • Survey set-up and launching
  • CRM onDemand Administration, Inquiries, Support, and Integration
  • Reporting Website statistics (Google Analytics)
  • Analyze statistics and report top level numbers (Internet Advertising, Pay for Placement, etc.)
  • Assist dealer inquiries with VDST and Partner Portal questions
Key Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Intermediate level to advanced level with the following computer programs: ORACLE CRM ON DEMAND, Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MOSS, SharePoint, Front Page. Dreamweaver, JAVA, HTML, (or comparable programs) and Google Analytic web statistic tools.
  • Intermediate analytical skills
  • Should have an understanding of database structures, tables, and fields
  • Proficient in English – appropriate accent and pronunciation of words, speech techniques, vocabulary and grammar.
  • Average Score of six (6) or better on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
  • Some customer service and phone handling skills
  • International travel to U.S. is a possibility
IT/Connectivity Requirements:
  • Computer laptop with programs to include Adobe Acrobat Suite
  • An Internet connection to all our online tools (email program, survey program)
