Under limited supervision, position is responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed Business Intelligence (BI) systems and devising computer programs, systems and related procedures to provide information. Prepares list reports, charts and diagrams to assist in business analysis based on end user or IT specifications. Design metadata based on current ERP system for consumption in BI software. Develop applications using ERP system design tools to assist in BI reporting. Performs work that is varied and may be somewhat difficult in character. Work closely with sales management, inside sales, outside sales and the technical team to provide excellence in customer care including problem resolution, account relationship and development and technical support.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL — MANILA, PHILIPPINES
The position will provide efficient customer service support to KNAACK® and the customers by offering proactive assistance in all customer service concerns through fax, inbound, email and other avenues, as well as proper, accurate, and timely order entry processing. Serves as the front line for the support and handles general inquiries for all customers.
FALL PROTECTION TEST TECHNICIAN — LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY
This position will be responsible for testing the fall protection within test lab at the Louisville Division.
FINANCIAL ANALYST — MANILA, PHILIPPINES
Responsible for providing support for the financial reporting function, including report creation, preparation and analysis. In addition, provide pricing and profitability statement support and guidance to sales and upper management.
GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING LEAD — GREENVILLE, PA
This position is responsible for achieving the inventory and transportation related goals in support of customer service for externally procured products at all Werner Co warehouses, distribution centers, and 3rd party locations globally. Will support the global organization in sourcing decisions world-wide and provides key communication to appropriate global entities.
LAB SUPERVISOR — LOUISVILLE, KY
Under moderate supervision, carries out lab assignments of a routine to moderately complex nature with limited latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment. Works in test facility to support development of new and innovative solutions to product designs for climbing and safety products. Works directly with product engineering and advanced manufacturing technology groups on projects and initiatives. Prepares prototype build of components and assemblies as well as tests competitors and Werner climbing and safety products.
LEAD PRODUCT CONFIGURATOR ADMINISTRATOR — GREENVILLE, PA
This position is responsible for championing all product configuration efforts at the Werner Co. Corporate level for all departments, markets, and product lines. Responsible for establishing and maintaining consistent user interfaces, work flow and product/configuration outputs. The Lead Product Configurator Administrator is responsible for creation, management and deployment of all new Werner Co. product lines added to the Corporate Product Configuration Portfolio.
MANUFACTURING SUPERINTENDANT — JUAREZ, MEXICO
Plan, direct, and coordinate work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. Ensure that the production facility meets all quality control standards. Implement cost controls to keep the production facility in budget.
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT LEADER- GREENVILLE, PA
Manage and coordinate new product development activity with cross functional teams. Lead and direct activities of the project team to achieve successful market introduction including Stage Gate/Phase Gate. As part of the R&D team, manage and coordinate assigned new product activity with the cross functional departments.
PLANT CONTROLLER — BINH DUONG PROVINCE, VIETNAM
Direct all accounting and financial reporting activities for Vietnam manufacturing operations and shipping operations. Responsibilities include general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, payroll, cost accounting, standard costing, budgeting and expense analysis. Position also ensures appropriate financial and managerial controls are in place plus that reports are timely and accurate.
PRODUCTION/MATERIALS PLANNER — LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY
Supports/Coordinates daily production operations and materials management activities based on customer demand for all products by establishing/communicating daily priorities considering plant utilization and productivity. Drives inventory control process to maintain accurate material records and works directly with production manager to ensure on-time delivery.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR — LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY
The Production Supervisor is responsible for overall efficiency and utilization of equipment and resources. Directs, motivates and leads personnel in the accomplishment of departmental objectives.
PROJECT COORDINATOR — MANILA, PHILIPPINES
The role of the Project Coordinator is to plan, execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third party consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Coordinator will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
TREASURY SPECIALIST- SCHAFFHAUSEN, SWITZERLAND
The Treasury Specialist will report to the Global Treasury Director and will primarily support day-to-day treasury operations, cash management, and banking matters and handle strategic projects as assigned under the supervision of Global Treasury Director.
